You need to fill the reservation form and / or contact us trough email and phone;

The lead guest must be at least 18 years old to reserve. 

The number of guests that can stay in the villa is 12 pax, any additional guests must be approved in advance.

There may be additional costs such as cleaning fees, security deposits or taxes. These will be clearly outlined in the booking process.

We shall reach out within 24 hours to confirm the availability for your rental period.

After confirming the dates, we will send a formal acknowledgment form, agreement and proforma invoice. The villa is confirmed once we have received a signed rental agreement and payment.

The payment is by bank. If you are traveling within 90 days, full payment is required. If traveling outside of 90 days, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance due 90 days prior to travel;

If you need to cancel your reservation, we must receive the cancellation request in writing. All payments received are non-refundable.

If you need to modify your reservation after your booking is confirmed, your reservations will be subject to changes in both availability and price. If the dates change be approved, we will re-issue your travel agreement which requires your signature and resend a confirmation with your new travel dates.

You will receive confirmation of your reservation as well as proof of payment via email. Upon completion of the Rental Agreement, you will receive an email confirming the primary guest information, travel dates and villa details.

To complete your booking, we will require a copy of a ID (passport or drivers license). When signing the rental agreement, please be sure to sign the full, legal name as listed on the ID provided.
